1 cup (3.5% fat) cow or goat milk (goat milk preferred)
1 egg yolk
2 drops infant vitamins (human)
1 tsp corn oil
2 drops cod liver oil

Mix and refrigerate. Warm to body temperature before feeding. Feed as much as the puppy will eat or until their tummies are full and they are content.
