| Spot's Stew
1 whole chicken
10 oz brown rice
7-8 carrots
6-7 stalks celery
2-3 yellow squash
2-3 zucchini
1 small crown broccoli
A Handful of green beans
5-6 garlic cloves
Wash chicken and place in a large stew pot. Cover with water. Cut all veggies into pieces and add to the stew pot along with the rice. Cover and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the size of the chicken. Once the chicken is well cooked, debone. Mix well and serve warm.
This can be put into freezer bags and frozen. Remove and thaw as needed.
