Crossposting/Sharing appreciated! ALL of these pitties are in my home at present (or will be within a few weeks as is the case with Crash and Waverly, in addition to my own 7 dogs) and intake has completely stopped until we can place some of these guys.

We are seeking some special people who would consider opening their home to a pit bull in need of a safe haven. We are looking for either foster homes or forever adoptive homes. If you are interested in fostering, all you need to provide is a roof and LOVE! Veterinary care, medications, crates, and food will be provided. We simply can't help other dogs in need without foster homes to house them! On the other hand, if you are looking to add a new companion, we may have what you are looking for!

Cleo - 4-5 years old. Spayed Female. Good with submissive male dogs. No cats/young children. VERY friendly.


Chase - 2-3 years old, Neutered Male. Dog Test pending. Older children - large boy, exuberant. Very friendly


China - 2-3 years old, Spayed Female. Great with kids and medium-large dogs. No cats/small dogs simply because she plays rough sometimes. Very submissive with other dogs. Eager to please.


Waverly - 2-3 year old Spayed Female. Dog test pending - has shown no aggression through fences/crates/gates. Super sweet girl.


Crash - 2-3 year old Neutered Male. Good with kids, cats, AND dogs of all sizes. Might inadvertently knock over very small children, but incredibly friendly boy.

Good luck! I hope you find some good foster homes. I know how hard it can be...we have a heck of a time finding foster homes for the Greyhounds. I imagine it is tough with pitties considering the bad rap and potential landlord and insurance issues. They are adorable!

CROSS PAWS! An approved foster app! I spoke to her yesterday and China seems a good fit for this family. They have never fostered before, NOR had pits, but fortunately China is very close to being a 'perfect' pit bull. They have 2 medium sized male dogs, no kitties, and 3 children ranging in age from 4-12. We will be taking her to meet them next weekend. Just in time for Crash returning this week...

Fingers...and paws crossed!!!

A difficult decision, but I have decided to transfer Violet and Rosebud (2 of the puppies) to a pit bull rescue. I only have 2 adopted out of the 8 (a rush of less-than-desirable applications). I've had no offers on the adults, but this is 2 more out of our house and into a program that I know and trust. She has Orie.

On another note, Liz, my foster who got appendicitis and bailed on the pups to begin with, took Daisy and Dozer (2 pups) back into foster today. So by next weekend, I will be puppy-less! Just REALLY hoping this meeting with China goes well!
