How in hell can anyone care so little for a living thing that they allow them to starve and basically rot/wear their skin off! Gawd that's just disgusting.

I hate people so much. She is so lucky to have been found when she was instead of not at all. Ugh my heart hurts looking at these rescues. Keeping paws crossed for positive updates later!

I do love that they renamed her Spirit. What a good, life affirming name for a dog that's survived so much cruelty in her life, yet has such a loving spirit.
