Fish recipe?

I'm looking for a recipe for shark and swordfish that will make the critters in this house happy. A neighbor went fishing off the coast of Charleston early in the summer and had a freezer of leftover catch, and she brought it over to me a couple of weeks ago. I've been looking on the net for a way to fix this up that my cooking-impaired, kitchen-challenged, my-jello-won't-set-self can't mess up.

Ideas?

You could just feed it raw... or bake it or grill it.

I'd offer it raw too or if you think they won't go for that, then just toss it under the broiler for a second with a pat of butter on it to just barely cook it. Don't forget a light blast of cooking spray on your broiler pan so the fish won't stick.
