I did refer them to the blind and deaf dog yahoo group. If anyone else has any ideas, please contact the woman below.
"This pup has come from a breeder in OKlahoma. She is 6 wks. old, was given to a woman who went there looking to buy a puppy. Gave her this FREE one, blind, deaf, had planned to kill her. (MO law is 8 weeks of age to transport or adopt, yet this individual already has taken possession of the pup.)
We have experience with blind dogs, deaf dogs, just zero experience with both issues.
Anyone on group have experience? I do know they need to learn by touch and vibration.
